As each item is created exclusively for you, returns and exchanges are not available.

1. After placing your order, we contact you to collect and confirm your measurements.
2. Production time is 7–9 business days.
3. Once completed, your order is shipped.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or in case of an error on our side, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
