This Agreement constitutes a public offer made by FOP Skoryk Olha Dmytrivna to conclude a retail sales agreement by remote means.
This Public Offer Agreement is public in nature and, in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are identical for all individuals and legal entities.
This Agreement is addressed to an indefinite number of persons.
By placing an order for any product or service on the website https://lafatale.com.ua, you confirm your full acceptance of the terms of this Public Offer.
This Public Offer shall remain valid from the moment it is published on the website until a new version is adopted.

Buyer – any individual placing an order for Products through the Online Store.
Recipient – a person authorized to receive the Product.
Product – clothing and accessories of the Lafatale Atelier brand, including items made according to individual measurements.
2. General Provisions
2.1 The Seller carries out the sale and/or individual production of Products through the Online Store.
2.2 Acceptance of this Offer occurs upon placing an order and making a prepayment.
2.3 The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Seller receives the prepayment.
2.4 The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement without prior notice. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the website.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1 The Seller provides the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase Products for personal use.
3.2 Certain Products are individually manufactured according to the Buyer’s measurements.
3.3 The production period for custom-made items is 7–9 business days, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
4. Ordering and Production Procedure
4.1 After placing an order, a brand representative contacts the Buyer to уточнення measurements.
4.2 Products are manufactured individually in accordance with the measurements provided by the Buyer.
4.3 The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the measurements provided.
4.4 Product photos on the website are illustrative. Actual color shades may vary depending on screen settings.
5. Price and Payment Terms
5.1 The price of the Product is indicated in the national currency of Ukraine.
5.2 To start production, the Buyer must pay a 50% prepayment of the total Product price.
5.3 The remaining 50% must be paid after notification of readiness and prior to shipment.
5.4 The 50% prepayment is non-refundable once production has begun, as it covers material and manufacturing costs.
5.5 Payment may be made via:

- Other payment services available on the website
6. Order Cancellation
6.1 An order may be canceled before production is completed.
6.2 If cancellation occurs after production has started, the prepayment is non-refundable.
7. Returns and Alterations
7.1 In accordance with Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” custom-made products are not subject to return.
7.2 If the finished item does not correspond to the measurements provided, the Seller offers a free alteration.
7.3 Shipping costs for alteration (both ways) are borne by the Buyer.
7.4 The Seller is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the Buyer.
8. Delivery
8.1 Delivery is carried out within Ukraine and worldwide.
8.2 Delivery times depend on the carrier.
8.3 International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the Buyer.
8.4 The risk of accidental damage or loss transfers to the Buyer upon handover of the Product to the carrier.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
9.2 By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data.
10. Term of Validity
10.1 This Agreement enters into force upon acceptance.
10.2 The laws of Ukraine govern the legal relations between the parties.
10.3 Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in court in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
10.4 For international Buyers, Ukrainian law shall apply, and the place of conclusion of the Agreement shall be considered the territory of Ukraine.
